The Rowena Park Neighborhood Association is a voluntary organization of neighbors who reside in a quaint Orlando, Florida neighborhood located north of Nebraska Street, east of Mills Avenue and west of Leu Gardens.

The association exists to preserve the quality of life while fostering friendship among neighbors.
